Hey zusammen!

Habe mal wieder bischen rumgesurft, verschiedene Mixe durchgehört und bin dann auf Mari P. gestoßen. Also ich finde das ist mal wieder ein großer Hoffnungsschimmer um Freestyle aufleben zu lassen. Klar es handelt sich bei ihren Songs nicht um puren Freestyle aber um eine wirklich gelungene Mischung. Unglaublich was für tolle Songs die gemacht hat. Ist natürlich nur meine Meinung könnt ja mal reinhören weil ich euch paar Links reinstelle. Bitte nicht meckern wenn das jetzt nicht brandneu ist ich hab von ihr noch nichts gehört ^^

Hier noch eine kleine Umschreibung:

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Mari P has music in her blood. Her grandfather was a pianist, and her father encouraged her to listen to classical jazz and other music styles while growing up. Music was a huge outlet for her. She used to sit all day with her headphones on which made her parents worried! Mari P received her Bachelor's of Performing Arts at SUNY. After finishing her degree from SUNY, Mari fled the hustle and bustle of NYC for the relatively relaxed lifestyle of Northern California.
Now 24, Mari P credits Shannon, Alicia Keys, Madonna, and Prince as major influences of her singing style, as heard on her debut single. She also credits House and Freestyle directly influencing her style today. Mari P continues to develop her unique musical mix of Freestyle, R&B, Hip-Hop, and Reggaton.
Mari P feels that touching listeners in their hearts keeps her performing. Connecting with people through music as music really affects people's emotions feels important to her. Mari P wants to spread music and help inspire people in their daily lives. She chose her name, Mari P, for the initial expression of freedom represented by the release of the butterfly
from its cocoon and compares it to the explosion of her new release from Unique Elementz. She has worked with various artists, including dance artists such as Caleb B, Adrianna, and Luis Uribe, to Bay Area rap artists such as Cuddie Cut, JenRo, Louie Loc and Mr. Kee.
Mari P expresses the desire for her fans to do what you love and to never let fear get in their way. Mari says,"Listen to your heart and keep your dreams close to your heart." She hopes these songs help her fans to express themselves, connect through the music and
relate to the stories she weaves with her voice.

Mari P is no longer a freestyle artist. I cannot give any details about why or what happened, but Mari P does not like freestyle. She loves music and has moved on to do her thing in Jazz and soul, but not with freestyle. It's very sad to see this happen because she doesn't realize that she was one of the best, but at least the producer knows he's provided her with quality material.

Caleb-B is not doing music anymore because of the way the industry is today and financial situation that comes with it. Things have changed, and with kids and a family to worry about, there is not much time for music, especially when the music industry is extremely hard to break these days.

There is new music coming from Unique Elementz. Get ready for some hot latin hip hop and r&b music from Unique Elementz.

Oh, that is really sad Thanks for the information KDM. She and Caleb were really good freestyle artist. I can´t believe this.

Dann kann man wohl die Hoffnung hiermit begraben -.-

Die Hoffnung hast schon vor Jahren aufgeben können. Die ganzen tollen "Stars" schnallen schnell das mit FS nicht die dicke Kohle machen können und machen dann irgendwelche Popstars nach.

Entweder man liebt als Künstler diese Musik und scheisst aufs Geld oder bringt noch mehr Gülle in die German Top 100 aus Amerika!
