I've heard many different things from many different people about haters in the freestyle community throughout the year. I've heard everything from why I should not post on places like MySpace, Public Forums, and forget radio...etc. As a result of many of the ridiculous things that happen in the music industry, how people can take advantage or try to put others down to get ahead, steal people's songs or just simply hate on one another, there are many who have decided to just give it up or abandon a certain genre of music. I've thought of it, and I can understand what would push some people this far, and I've even thought to myself sometimes "is it really worth it"? Then one day it just hit me...

I CAME TO A CONCLUSION:

I'm just going to continue to do what I do and as long as I enjoy doing what I do, that's all that really matters in the end.

People can see or hear what I do and then make the decision on whether or not they want to appreciate, hate, or be neutral. The people who want to support, I'll be there for those people.
My goal is to stick with and continue to provide the music I have a passion for to all that same the same passion and give people what I had a hard time finding.

I am not here to get into drama, please some of you crazy desperate women on MySpace who takes every little thing I do and post personally, respond to unnecesary drama, look at your nude pics, take sides, etc.. not going to sit here and make a complete list for every form of website out there. I am here for MUSIC and NETWORKING, and PROMOTING myself, the music, and others who I admire.

It doesn't matter who I work with or who I associate with, I am still who I am, and they don't make me who I am so whether or not you have a problem with that person really has nothing to do with me because I am not that person, and I will not take sides. I just respect everyone the same.

Too many people are getting caught up in this (music industry) drama and all sorts of stuff and letting it get to them too much, but I will not let it happen to me. I'm just here to do what I do, enjoy it, and make those people happy who share the same passion, even if it were to be only one person. I don't have time to have beef and battle or make rebuttles.... actually, I have time, but choose not to. I used to enjoy that stuff, but....not anymore. This is why I gave up on talk radio and some other stuff a long time ago - talk talk talk, argue argue argue, and in the end, nothing was ever accomplished. (If you're getting paid to talk, then more power to you). Everyone, say what you wish, but I will listen AND continue to do what I do, all that I've been doing, continue supporting freestyle, while getting back with other forms of music.

so with all that being said,

PROJECT FREESTYLE IS COMING BACK!
It's about that time of year again - January and February, get ready! Vol. 6, 7, 8, 9,

I WILL BE GIVING OUT THOSE MIXES QUICK!
and last year all those Project Freestyle Mixes were all over 135 bpm, so this year I'm going to change things up a bit. I will be doing more of a VARIETY of stuff, so EVERYONE will be feeling involved when it comes to getting something they like.
