Hier ist sein anliegen......
Hey guys I have been thinking and thinking of what to do for freestyle. I thought maybe if the old school artists had new songs it would help. But I have been approaching old school artists lately at events for freestyle and their response is "I wanna do something new but not freestyle" or "Yeah i have had ideas of what I wanna do but not freestyle, come on whos gonna buy it? us? and they start laughing. I dont get it. Why not do freestyle? its was made them. They're at a freestyle event with freestyle fans.. Nothing's wrong with the music. Its so wierd that they do shows and come to the events but diss freestyle music. I am here to say that if any old school FREESTYLE artist needs a new song done I will do it. Lets see who really supports this music. Hey everything comes back. Let make sure this time it doesnt go anywhere. Take a chance like you first did when you started you career. I have been here since 1987 doing freestyle and I was a true hiphip head before that. So 16 years later I am still doing freestyle. I am not rich off of it but I am patient and know someday I will have that freestyle hit. I have sacraficed alot for this music. You guys just dont know. And I continue to now as a DJ for latinomix mixing the old and new school on my mixes that takes hours in the studio to create. I break nights and all. But I do it just so that I keep my name and the name of Freestyle music alive and in your minds. Come on now Classic artists of freestyle where are you? Lets see what we can do. I need producers as well to join in. I cant do it myself. lets mix old school artists with new school producers and new school artists with old school producers. Lets just do something and not sit on our asses and wait for this music to do something on its own. What do u guys think?
