Her first single entitled I Gave You My Heart, which she helped to write and produce, was a hit among local fans. Copies of the single were brisk for several months, and several thousand units were distributed.

Shortly after a dance remix of I Gave You My Heart was released to the general public as an MP3 download. There, the song continued to do well as users from around the country pushed its ranking into the Top 20 in the Dance Music genre.

Encouraged by the success of her first single, Linda returned to the studio and recorded two more songs, Over You and Dancing In My Heart. It is Dancing In My Heart that is the featured song on her new follow up single.
